M+M Terrace

The neighbours to JTB Terrace inspected the site during construction and fell in love with the design. We immediately prepared sketch plans and then approvals for a very similar project, with some minor personal changes to suit their preferences. Whilst the floor plans are similar, there are cosmetic differences between the pair to create an individual personality for each dwelling. Most notably the differing rear elevations with one terrace choosing natural timber cladding, and the other preferring matte black standing seam metal cladding.
